At WonderPC, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products backed by exceptional customer service. Below is the outline of our Limited Warranty, which applies to all computers purchased directly from WonderPC.
What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Prebuilt Systems Warranty
All prebuilt gaming PCs from WonderPC include a 1-year warranty (365 days from purchase). Extended warranties are available for purchase at the time of order:
- 2 Years (730 days)
- 3 Years (1,095 days)
Custom-Built Systems Warranty
PCs built using our PC Builder/Design Your Own tool do not come with a warranty by default. However, you can add a warranty during the creation process to ensure your custom-built PC is protected.
What Will We Do to Resolve Your Issue?
During the warranty period, WonderPC will repair or replace, at no charge, any products or parts proven defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. Replacement parts will meet or exceed the performance of the original.
Shipping Costs
- First 30 Days: WonderPC covers all shipping costs for repairs or replacements.
- After 30 Days: Customers cover the shipping to WonderPC, and WonderPC covers return shipping costs.
Return Shipping and Damage Policy
When returning a product, customers are responsible for ensuring it is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
If a returned product arrives severely damaged due to improper packaging, WonderPC reserves the right to:
- Deny the refund if the product is deemed irreparably damaged.
- Offer a partial refund based on the extent of the damage.
We strongly encourage customers to purchase shipping insurance for all returns to protect against potential transit damage.
What is Not Covered?
- Physical damage, abuse, or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software, driver, or OS issues that can be resolved by resetting the device
- Environmental damage (e.g., water, power surges)
Customer Responsibilities
- Routine maintenance and cleaning
- Backing up all data before sending in for service, as WonderPC is not liable for data loss
How to Claim Warranty Service
Contact WonderPC support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product. Products sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. Repairs or replacements will typically be completed within 10 business days of receipt.
Additional Terms
- Missing Products: Notify WonderPC of any missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Abandoned Property: Items not claimed within 30 days of notification will be considered abandoned.
- Non-Transferable Warranty: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a new owner.

WonderPC offers free technical support during the warranty period to assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
